The Foundation Principal is pleased to announce a full Kindergarten class has enrolled in St Ambrose Catholic Primary School, ready to start in the new school year of 2015.

Mr Brian Laybutt, Principal of St. Ambrose said the new school will offer the best in contemporary learning with a school layout that enhances best practices of teaching and learning, embedded with Catholic traditions.

“The physical school of St. Ambrose capitalises on the beautiful climate of Pottsville with indoor and outdoor learning spaces. The classrooms are flexible and dynamic, so children can experience different types of learning, whether it’s in small groups, one-on-one or larger, combined classes,” said Mr. Laybutt.

St Ambrose has large outdoor recreational spaces, architecturally designed buildings, and a strong Catholic ethos.

“We want parents to know that their children will be learning in a disciplined, modern environment with the aim of enhancing each student’s school experience,” said Mr. Laybutt.

St. Ambrose Primary School is situated at the end of Elizabeth Street, adjacent to the Catholic Church. St. Ambrose will have a purpose built new road, Charles Street, to ensure traffic flow for parents and the community.
Anyone interested in sending their children to St. Ambrose Primary School can see Mr. Laybutt at an on-site office next to Sts Mary & Ambrose Catholic Church in Pottsville. See the website for more details at www.sapotlism.catholic.edu.au.
